Start with the pieces of chicken by placing them in the Greek yogurt and allowing both to cook for 2 or 3 minutes together. After this is done, it is then necessary to throw the collected herbs and spices in one after the other, using one full teaspoon for each. The mixture needs to be marinated for a little longer than one hour.
The last stage in the process should include adding the thinly sliced onion and garlic into the dish after marinating. Combine the mixture with a modest amount of olive oil and a bit of tomato juice. Leave this new mixture for another 30 minutes. Afterwards add the necessary yogurt and a touch of coriander before serving with basmati rice.
